The site features a collection of refurbished heritage warehouse and sawtooth factory buildings, transformed into a state-of-the-art contemporary workplace by Buchan Architecture in 2023. The design celebrates the buildings' industrial origins — exposing original timber roof trusses and sawtooth skylights that flood the workspace with natural light — while incorporating biophilic design principles that connect the built environment with nature and wellbeing.
The interior features a central “town centre” with integrated café and training space, a steel sculptural staircase, meeting room pods beneath the sawtooth ceiling, a roof terrace, and open-plan workspaces using locally sourced materials including handmade light fittings and bespoke timber furniture.
