The Corporation
Peregrine Corporation
Peregrine Corporation is one of South Australia’s largest and most diversified privately held companies. Established in 1988, the group operates across multiple sectors including property, fuel and convenience retail, and motorsport, with a reputation for operational discipline and long-term investment.
The Corporation is the parent entity behind three key divisions:
- Peregrine Property — commercial and retail property management and investment
- Peregrine Developments — property development
- Peregrine Motorsport — home of The Bend Motorsport Park
The Property Division
Peregrine Property
Peregrine Property is responsible for the management, leasing and strategic oversight of the group’s property portfolio. Our assets span commercial office space, retail centres and mixed-use developments, primarily across South Australia.
We take a hands-on, owner-operator approach. Every property in our portfolio is managed with a long-term view — prioritising tenant relationships, asset condition and sustainable returns over short-term gains.
